ABSTRAC
 The problems discussed in the research on Efforts to Improve Teacher Discipline Teaching Attendance Class through Implementation of Rewards and Punishment at SMAN I Anam Ruteng Manggari Elementary School show that teachers' understanding Ruteng, Manggarai Regency, is still low.
 This study aims describe teacher's discipline teaching attendance class application reward punishment district. subjects this were teachers Regency. In data collection technique used a test instrument. was determine ability. type descriptive qualitative research, researcher collects related Punishment, then will be analyzed using steps proposed by Miles Hubermen namely, reduction, presentation, as well drawing conclusions. results indicate Reward effective increasing teacher presence learning activities. obtained shows after implementing action form there 5 who late for more than 15 minutes, less 10 minutes many 18 teachers. can increase attending during activities
